At Rotate Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. If your watch doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print the Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package Your Timepiece
Securely place the watch in its original display box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our horologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
